Level 1: Basic, Includes Preventative Maintenance & Calibration

Favored by our clients which require PM & Calibration, but not individual certification. Such as University and R&D laboratories.

Level 2: Performance Verification Certification ONLY

This Level of Service only includes an As Found certificate. Favored by our clients who require an As Found Performance Verification Certificate per instrument as a part of their calibration cycle. Such as Pharmaceutical & Regulatory laboratories.

Level 3: Includes Preventative Maintenance & Calibration, Calibration, with As Left / As Returned Certification

Favored by our clients who require PM, Calibration, and As Left certification per instrument. Such as University, Hospital, R&D, and Forensic laboratories.

Level 4: Includes Preventative Maintenance & Calibration, Calibration, with BOTH As Found and As Left / As Returned Certification

Favored by clients in a regulated environment who require PM, Calibration, and As Found/As Left certification per instrument. Such as a GMP, GLP, Pharmaceutical, Forensic, or Manufacturing laboratory

NOTE: It is recommended that pipettes be serviced a minimum of once per year.

Swan PCS is Accredited to Calibrate Piston Operated Volumetric Apparatus (POVA) including Piston Pipettes, Piston Burettes, Dilutors, Dispensers, and repeaters ranging from 0.2 uL to 100 mL.

Swan PCS provides on-site pipette calibrations, service, and repairs to the St. Louis, Missouri area.
